Responsibilities included developing corporate strategy, financing, deal making, building strategic relationships, closing deals and hiring of key executives. Achieved success in joint venture with PolyGram music and Universal Music Group with Sly and the Family Stone, Tupac Shukar, Lisa Vromen and others. Film projects with Steven Segal, Armand Asante. Build new sales division creating compilation CD’s for Got Milk, Sheraton, Westin and other specialty retail stores, Build Custom CD compilation Internet site and Library. OffPalnet was sold to Mood Logic.
